Karnemelkse Pap
Buttermilk Porridge

Ingredients:   

 

1 ľ  liter (42 l oz  or 5.3 cups)  buttermilk
90 g (3 oz) buckwheat flour
2 table spoons of apple or pear concentrated juice

Letís Cook:

Use same pan you will use to cook and mix the flour with a bit of buttermilk. Keep adding buttermilk until the flour and the buttermilk are completely integrated.  Turn the burner to high and keep steering for app. 7 to 10 minutes.  When done add the concentrate to taste.
